{ 4 Cultures, 1 Coffee, 1 Cause }
For the past fifteen years, missionaries Matt and Eva Barlow have been serving the deaf community of Managua, Nicaragua. In that time, the Barlows have built a school for the deaf (which now enrolls over a hundred students) and planted a church to share the gospel, serve the community, and reach families. Matt and Eva are now looking to build a coffeehouse in an effort to bridge the cultural divide between the hearing and deaf cultures of Managua.
Our team will work alongside the Barlows and participate in service projects within the school, ministry events and outreaches through the church, and some basic preparatory work (labor) for the construction of the coffeehouse.
All cultures and languages welcome! American Sign Language, Spanish Sign Language, and Spanish would be helpful!
